I painted my nails last night during a marathon of Modern Family. I've just gotten really really into it, thanks to Netflix putting it all online for free! I was going for a "fun but i'm an adult" kind of thing when I did these. And I think this is the first time in this run of once-a-week-nails that I haven't accidentally smudged one and had to start over! Hooray!
Today is a busybusybusy one. I'm attempting to finish a dress to wear tomorrow (I've got the bodice mostly finished and the skirt mostly finished, so I'm nearly there!) and I've got some brownies in the oven right now. Also having a ridiculously crazy set of emotions right now. I'm calling it "pre-homesickness" and it's awful! I really don't understand how people can just up sticks and move without any kind of sadness. I've lived in this house for my entire life, I have so many memories in every room. It's only 76 miles away but that seems like the other side of the world right now. Especially when I'm moving somewhere with no cats.
